well i hope NBC now pays attention. If a black person wins a medal Please no commercials about a tv show with a monkey in it, and God please no KFC commercials or any fast food place that sells chicken
He didn't insult kids saying that they have a peasy head, his jokes were about discipline. And later he said he was sorry for making fun of his nephews femininity
Nevertheless he insulted kids and threatened bodily harm all in fun, B Mac was a comedian doing what they do and it was funny. What is peasy headed anyway? I didn't find that funny in large part because I didn't know what it meant so I looked it up. Turns out peasy is synonymous with easy. So he basically called her hairstyle easy "peasy" and her a "little girl" and many black folk are up in arms raking Kevin over the coals for something so innocuous? Unreal. What's funny to me is the reaction, I find it ridiculous and speaks to black women's insecurities and unhealthy obsession over their hair. Comedians are going to repeatedly exploit that weakness. Kevin Hart has a black daughter who I'm sure he loves and cherishes, he is not your enemy and its ridiculous for sane black women to treat him as such. smh.
[/size I thought I was the only person who saw it and when I did I said I don't believe they did that!!!! I just can't! Cookienurse
I find it ridiculous you expect a bunch of corporate white boys at NBC to be respectful (from something that may not have even been intentional) and not another Black person that was my actual point
Monkey humor and monkey jokes ain't never made me laugh. I guess I just don't get it. Yeah, I saw the ad and was like, "who thought up this dumbass show ...who's gone watch this mess?"Not once did I think of Gabby though. Her being nicknamed "the flying squirrel" I do have problems with though. It's not too much of a stretch in some trouble minds to call her a "flying monkey" and that thought ain't funny to me. smh
I don't like "flying squirrel" either and find it much more insulting than "peasy headed". Flying angel is more appropriate, but apparently since whites coined her a squirrel it gets short shrift while many blacks focus their ire on a black comedian who essentially called her hairstyle easy which technically isn't even an insult. smh.
when the "chink in the armor" headline referrring to the poor play of jeremy linn, an nba player of chinese descent, was splashed across espn's website, the writer lost his job.this is the brainless beast yt racism created...see, it's turned on it's master.the powers that be have no one to blame but themselves.
"peasy" does not mean easy in the context of black hair.it is supposed to be an 'insult' aimed at hair that is tightly coiled, dry, and somewhat scattered so that areas of scalp is showing throught the entire head.
That hardly describes the hairstyle Gabby sported.
no it didn't. but kevin hart wasn't trying to "describe" the hairstyle, he was maligning the hair and its texture.
For starters, Kevin Hart needs to sit down and shut his filthy fucking mouth about Gabby's hair, before somebody puts a hollow point in his ass.It is sellout niggers like him--and I apologize for using that word, people--that give the Black man a bad name.Someone needs to talk to this genetic shit stain on the boxer briefs of mankind, and explain to him why there are times in a man's life that he shouldn't say a goddamn thing, even if he has a mouthful. It might keep his disease-minded ass alive longer, you never know.
That's just way over the top. Kevin Hart has done nothing to deserve death he's a fucking comedian and nothing he's done gives me a bad name. If you want to pump somebody full of hollow points I suggest you find a far more deserving target such as George Zimmerman for starters.
Anyone else not like the "monkey! MONKEY!" jokes whitey loves so much?I immediately get bad feels and bad vibes around white people playing with monkeys, or using them in jokes. They always seem to do with a nodding-and-winking maliciousness surrounding them, as well..
